FALL/WINTER/SPRING 2008/2009

This class is for those who want to experience the ancient Japanese art of Raku firing processes, developing glazing techniques as well as the southwest ways of pit firing.

Beginners and advanced students are all welcome.

Students will be exploring hand building and/or wheel throwing techniques depending on the student's experience with clay. This will be a fun and experimental class for all to walk away with new ideas for their creative endeavors.

Clay, glazes and firing included.

Time: Monday, 5:30-8:00 p.m.
