WINTER 2008

This workshop will focus on the many things we love about Florida, ways of painting the sea, waves, beach, shore birds, boats, palm trees, skies and more will be presented in a series of mini-demonstrations with priority given to time to paint on your own with individual help as needed.

This workshop is especially geared to beginners and painters who want to get more comfortable painting the tropical landscape in watercolor. Students will work from your own photographs, sketches, reference materials and Ann's reference file, we will explore the above and more in this exciting 5-day workshop.

Award winning artist Ann K. Lindsay has been teaching workshops in drawing and watercolor since 1989. The author of Watercolor: A New Beginning: A Holistic Approach to Painting, she has broken new ground in the development of a holistic, student-centered approach to teaching art.
