SUMMER 2008

This open format watercolor class will allow students freedom to pursue their choice of subject matter while mastering principles of paint application, painting and drawing theory, enhancement of volume and form, control of texture and detail, use of linear and atmospheric perspective, and control of values, colors and edges to create a focal point. Class time will include lectures, demonstrations, and painting time with instructor's guidance and critiques to produce representational watercolor images of figures, landscapes or still life subjects.
